You know what bugs me about Balthazar’s statement? The fact that he specified that Cas’ coat is dirty. Canon has acknowledged that Cas doesn’t wash his clothes. And now, like a row of dominoes in my mind, I’ve arrived to the notion that Cas doesn’t bathe. He’s in a human body with human excretions (Do angels in human vessels sweat? Does Cas drink water? If not, how is he still going?) and I have to wonder how bad he smells. Like, can someone please teach Cas the basics of hygiene? Dean? Sam? Crowley? Meg?

I actually loved Joyce. I thought she was fantastic. I mean, talk about a phenomenal character. I know the narrative meant for us to hate her, but she was just so cool. She wasn’t necessarily evil, at least not in the traditional villian sense, and she was smart, level-headed, and the perfect Leviathan for the job. She got shit done and I’m so mad they killed her.

Also, is it just me, or did George’s line about dying to know “what that bitch tastes like” seem kind of…sexual? Like, in a bad way? I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but when I saw that scene I just…*shudder* It freaked me the hell out. Gross, sexist, and, frankly, a little rapey.
